    Once I changed the thread.. it was great!!

    I loved the ease of threading it, putting in the bobbin, it was like sewing on my old Kenmore, sized down! It might be for beginners, but this 67 yr old veteran sewing buff found it a pleasure!!

    Small, lightweight, light duty sewing machine, perfect for sewing while traveling!

    This is a great little sewing machine for sewing on the go, or for beginners. I own two regular size Singer machines and this one will do all of the stitches those can, only slightly slower. The top speed is medium speed on a regular machine, which honestly worked out great bc it doesn't get away from me. I used it to sew a quilt while working from a hotel for a few weeks, and it worked great for that. I wouldn't necessarily quilt the top with it, but for sewing all of the blocks and binding and so forth, it's perfect. Recommend this machine for on-the-go and lightweight sewing projects.

    Works well enough

    Light is not nearly bright enough. Very awkward to thread the needle. Extra light would make a big difference. Lost a star for that alone. Btw the purple really is purple, I thought was white with purple accent color. Purple all over, light and dark.. wish I went with pink, lol
    Ps. There’s an Aussie gal that does a really good demo on how to use these machines. Nice close ups on threading, filling bobbin etc. doesn’t rush, good explanations as she goes…

    Durable, lightweight but sturdy (definitely not a toy)

    I bought this for my 13yo daughter who wanted to learn to sew. She loves it! It’s small so it’s easy for her to maneuver, but still sturdy, so I feel like, unless she decides to taking up sewing masts for ships, there’s not much she couldn’t do on this machine.

    It’s easy to use, but still has that “grown up” sewing machine feel. It does almost everything my big expensive one does, (I’ve even used it once or twice when I didn’t want to dig out my bigger machine!).

    Perfect for simple mending

    There are four naughty children in my family who always make holes in their clothes. It's a big expense to replace it all or have someone else sew it. So I bought this sewing machine. Although it looks small, it is actually very useful. The clothes I mended for the children were as good as new.
